Assistant Project Manager - Luxury Home Builder

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to support our project management team in Jupiter, Florida. The ideal candidate will bring 2 to 5 years of experience in project management within Luxury Residential Construction. This role will involve assisting in the planning, execution, and closing of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

Our client is an established Luxury Custom Home Builder in Palm Beach County.

Description

• Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans, defining project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Help coordinate project activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task assignments.
• Monitor project progress, identify obstacles, and communicate status updates to stakeholders and management.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports, meeting notes, and action items.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in risk management and issue resolution by identifying potential challenges and proposing solutions.
• Contribute to budget tracking and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to project budgets.
• Participate in project meetings and presentations, providing input and supporting project initiatives.

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture or similar
• 2 to 5 years of relevant project management experience.
• Familiarity with project management software Procore, MS Projet, Buildertrend
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
