Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their team out of their Quincy office. Candidates will have experience with ground up Multifamily, Commercial, and Historic renovation experience in both the public and private sectors.

Description

Project Manager - Top 400 ENR Firm - South Shore - Responsibilities

• Oversee the development and execution of project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company goals.
• Lead and coordinate project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff, to ensure seamless collaboration and timely project delivery.
• Ensure that all work complies with safety regulations, quality standards, and building codes, conducting regular inspections to monitor progress and resolve any issues.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and other stakeholders, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Profile

Project Manager - Top 400 ENR Firm - South Shore - Will have

• 6+ yrs of Construction Experience
• Experience running multiple ground up or wood frame projects
• Efficient in Procore & MS Office
• Strong communication skills & ability to adapt
• Ability to be client facing
