Description Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity management frameworks, ensuring operational resilience.

• Conduct risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and establish mitigation strategies.

• Lead business impact analyses to determine critical functions and recovery priorities.

• Collaborate with trading, operations, technology, and risk teams to integrate continuity planning into core business processes.

• Design and execute business continuity training programs and tabletop exercises to enhance preparedness.

• Provide real-time incident response and crisis management support.

• Maintain and update business continuity documentation, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.

Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in business continuity management within financial services or investment management.

• Strong understanding of trading products, market operations, and financial instruments.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, make informed decisions, and drive initiatives independently.

• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across cross-functional teams.

Job Offer

$135,000 - $160,000.
