Quality Engineer

This Quality Assurance Engineer role focuses on strengthening quality systems, solving complex manufacturing challenges, and ensuring products meet high customer and industry expectations. You'll partner closely with cross‑functional teams to lead root cause investigations, drive corrective actions, and elevate overall operational performance.

Description

  • Maintain and enhance the company's Quality Management System while ensuring alignment with ISO standards and customer requirements.
  • Lead detailed root cause investigations and drive effective CAPA actions for both internal and external quality issues.
  • Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications to ensure accurate application on the production floor.
  • Build and refine inspection plans, control plans, and testing processes to strengthen product reliability.
  • Use production, testing, and inspection data to spot trends and recommend process improvements.
  • Contribute to supplier quality oversight by assessing incoming materials and resolving supplier‑related nonconformances.
  • Support internal and external audit activities, preparing documentation and assisting with findings.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to solve quality issues and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
  • Help create and deliver training to upskill employees on quality standards and best‑practice methods.

Profile

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of quality engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and AS9100 standards is strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in RCA methodologies such as 5 Why, Fishbone, or Fault Tree Analysis.
  • Comfortable interpreting technical drawings and detailed specifications.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using statistical tools and quality data.
  • Able to collaborate effectively across teams and lead groups toward solutions.
  • Clear communicator with solid documentation abilities.
