Project Manager - Multifamily General Contractor - Milwaukee

Description
- Coordinate and oversee all phases of multifamily/commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
- Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, contracts, and quality standards.
- Communicate progress, risks, and changes with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
- Resolve onsite issues, lead project meetings, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
Profile
- 3+ years of running commercial or multifamily construction projects
- Familiarity with preconstruction concepts (will collaborate with precon team)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be the main point of contact for key client accounts
- Track record of delivering projects successfully
- Passion for construction
- Construction related degree a plus!
Job Offer
- Base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 based on qualifications
