Description

• Coordinate and oversee all phases of multifamily/commercial construction projects from planning through closeout.
• Manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and procurement to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, contracts, and quality standards.
• Communicate progress, risks, and changes with owners, architects, engineers, and stakeholders.
• Resolve onsite issues, lead project meetings, and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting

Profile

• 3+ years of running commercial or multifamily construction projects
• Familiarity with preconstruction concepts (will collaborate with precon team)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be the main point of contact for key client accounts
• Track record of delivering projects successfully
• Passion for construction
• Construction related degree a plus!

• Base salary of $100,000 - $130,000 based on qualifications
