Description

• Manage all phases of ground-up construction projects, from pre-construction to closeout.
• Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor project progress and performance, addressing issues and resolving conflicts as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all SCA (School Construction Authority) guidelines and regulations.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
• Foster a culture of safety and quality on the construction site.
