Our client is looking for an HVAC/Mechanical Project Manager or an experienced Assistant Project Manager (APM) with 3-5 years of experience. This role requires someone who can effectively manage a team of APMs and oversee 3-4 projects simultaneously. These projects will primarily involve multi-unit residential, commercial, and public work

Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical - Waltham, MA - Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical projects, ensuring efficient coordination and execution.
• Lead a team of Assistant Project Managers (APMs) and provide guidance and mentorship.
• Ensure projects meet all quality, safety, and compliance standards.
• Communicate with clients, contractors, and project stakeholders to maintain strong working relationships.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Track project progress and report updates to senior management.
• Resolve any project issues or obstacles in a timely and effective manner.
• Participate in pre-construction planning and project set-up.

Profile

Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical - Waltham, MA - Will have

• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing project management.
• Project Background: Experience with multi-unit residential, commercial, or public work projects.
• Leadership: Experience overseeing a team of APMs or coordinating with cross-functional teams.
• Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, with a proactive approach to project management.
• Technical Knowledge: HVAC, mechanical, or plumbing systems experience is non-negotiable.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical systems are a plus.
• Location: Ability to commute to Waltham, MA for office days and project coordination.

Job Offer

Project Manager - HVAC / Mechanical - Waltham, MA - Will receive

• Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 for Project Managers, $70,000 - $90,000 for Assistant Project Managers, based on experience.
