Description

They're seeking a Construction Project Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact between clients, subcontractors, vendors, and their team to ensure seamless execution of each job.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple construction projects from pre-construction planning through completion
  • Coordinate subcontractors, materials, schedules, and budgets
  • Maintain proactive communication with clients, vendors, and inspectors
  • Monitor job site progress, safety compliance, and quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, change orders, and cost tracking
  • Conduct regular site visits and team meetings to ensure goals and deadlines are met
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and designers as needed

Profile

  • 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and trade coordination
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in construction management software, MS Office, and digital communication tools
  • Ability to lead by example with integrity, accountability, and a client-first attitude
