Recruiting Specialist
We are seeking a dedicated Recruiting Specialist to join our Human Resources team in New York. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in full-cycle recruiting within professional services, possess strong stakeholder management, and be comfortable working niche and senior level searches independently.

Description
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Develop recruitment strategies to achieve required staffing levels
- Engage with hiring managers to understand job requirements and specifications
- Conduct job interviews and assess applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure all recruitment activities are in compliance with legal requirements
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures

Profile
A successful Recruiting Specialist should have:
- A Bachelors degree (required)
- Proven experience in a recruiting role within a professional services environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Candidate Management Systems
- Knowledge of labor legislation and hands-on experience with various selection processes
