- Responsible for covering Emerging Markets, FX and Rates products.
- Managing up to fourteen staff however some flexibility of number of reports.
- It would be EM, Rate or FX Traders or Salespeople reporting into this person.
- Initially the candidate profile described as only a Head of Desk / Management profile, however, will also consider a high producing trader or salesperson whom had managed a smaller number of people or demonstrated management capabilities.
Profile
- Minimum 12 years experience
- Bachelors degree
- g10 experience
