Description

  • Project Planning and Scheduling: Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient execution of construction projects.
  • Team Coordination: Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure all aspects of the project align with goals.
  • Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively, including labor, materials, and equipment, to optimize productivity and minimize costs.
  • Quality Control: Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and client specifications.
  • Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.
  • Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing any concerns to maintain strong relationships.
  • Budget Management: Track project expenditures, manage financial reporting, and ensure projects are completed within the established budget.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare progress reports for stakeholders to ensure transparency and accountability.

Profile

  • Strong Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
  • Excellent Communication: Ability to coordinate with diverse teams and clients.
  • Robust Problem-Solving: Proactive in identifying and addressing challenges.
  • Project Management Expertise: Knowledge of project management methodologies.
  • Construction Knowledge: Solid understanding of construction processes and regulations.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Relevant Education: Degree in construction management or a related field.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certifications preferred.
  • Budgeting Experience: Proficient in managing budgets and financial reporting.
  • Commitment to Safety: Focus on safety and sustainability in construction practices.

Job Offer
