Construction Quality Manager (QCM) - Traveling
We are seeking an experienced Traveling QC Manager to join a high‑performing team delivering a large, complex project at a naval facility near Seattle. This role oversees all quality control activities, ensuring safety, compliance, and excellence throughout construction

A long‑established, nationally recognized ENR contractor (founded in 1855) with decades of presence in Florida and across the states, with a strong reputation for high‑profile, technically challenging projects. They require candidates from reputable GC competitors with strong tenure.
Description
- Manage QC processes for a $153M project involving high‑voltage and medium‑voltage electrical scopes.
- Implement and enforce EM 385‑1‑1 standards.
- Lead hazard identification, safety compliance, and sustainability reviews.
- Coordinate with site leadership (Super, PM, PE, CM) to maintain project quality.
- Prepare and maintain QC documentation.
Profile
- Minimum 10 years combined experience in Super, QCM, PM, PE, or CM roles on similar projects.
- Minimum 4 years as a QCM on comparable size/scope work.
- Strong familiarity with EM 385‑1‑1.
- Experience with complex electrical scopes (HV/MV).
- Strong tenure and background with reputable general contractors.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Able to travel and work at remote federal project locations.
