Description
- Lead and manage all phases of SCA construction projects in Manhattan, ensuring compliance with SCA standards and guidelines.
- Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and site activities to ensure timely project completion.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to project specifications.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and SCA representatives to resolve issues and ensure smooth project execution.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, daily reports, and inspection records.
Profile
- Demonstrated experience as a Superintendent on SCA projects, with a thorough understanding of SCA protocols and requirements.
