Lead Superintendent
Our client, a nationally recognized GC, is seeking a Senior Superintendent to join their growing Multifamily Division.
Client Details
As a Senior Superintendent, you will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects ranging from $50M to $150M. You will be the driving force behind project success, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and safety, while building lasting relationships with subcontractors, clients, and project teams.
Description
- Lead the on-site construction team, managing all field operations from groundbreaking to turnover.
- Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
- Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to uphold quality assurance and enforce safety protocols.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to resolve design and construction challenges.
- Mentor and develop junior team members to foster a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Profile
- Experience: In multifamily projects.
- Leadership: Proven ability to manage large-scale projects and lead diverse teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling software, and safety standards.
- Communication Skills: Ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Track Record: A history of delivering complex multifamily projects on time and within budget.
