Project Manager
A top-tier Commercial General Contractor is seeking a Project Manager to lead ground-up and interior fit-out projects across New York City. This role is responsible for managing project budgets, schedules, and client relationships from preconstruction through closeout.

Description
Oversee all phases of project delivery, including budgeting, scheduling, procurement, and subcontractor management.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants.
Lead internal project teams, manage change orders, monitor costs, and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Drive project meetings, coordinate inspections, and deliver detailed progress reporting.
Profile
The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of project management experience in NYC, with a strong background in commercial or institutional construction. They are detail-oriented, highly organized, and excel at communication, negotiation, and leading cross-functional teams in high-pressure environments.
