Project Manager - Light Industrial Projects - Nashville, TN

We are working with a well known mid-sized general contractor as they seek to hire on a Project manager for some of their light industrial projects across the local Nashville market.

Description

• Run/manage project from start to finish
• Oversee Subcontractors and full construction project on a daily bases
• Coordinate subcontractors, architects, inspectors, and suppliers to resolve any problems with materials or methods.
• Establish and maintain an effective and professional on site working relationship with Owners, Architects, Consulting Engineers and other parties related to the project.
• Enforce a safe work environment, practices and culture on the project

Profile

• 10+ years of Commercial Construction experience
• Strong knowledge of MEP & FP, and mission critical systems
• Completed industrial projects greater than $5M (please include a list of projects completed with resume)
• Efficient in MS Project, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Outlook
