Description

MEP Estimator - Clinton, MA - $110k - Responsibilities

• Accurately estimate plumbing and MEP systems for projects ranging from $500K to $20M
• Work closely with project managers, designers, and general contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for in the estimates
• Review blueprints and technical drawings to prepare detailed cost estimates
• Prepare bid proposals and negotiate pricing with subcontractors and suppliers
• Coordinate and communicate with various teams to ensure project specifications and goals are met

Profile

MEP Estimator - Clinton, MA - $110k - Will have

• 4+ years of plumbing estimating experience (higher ed, healthcare, K-12, or commercial experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of estimating software: Fast Pipe, Fast Duct, Procore, MS Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable with tight-knit teams and a flexible, growth-oriented work environment

Job Offer

Salary: $95K - $110K (based on experience)
