Sr. Superintendent - General Contractor - Healthcare - Stockton

The Sr. Superintendent - OSHPD will oversee complex healthcare construction projects, ensuring compliance with OSHPD regulations and delivering high-quality results. This role requires strong leadership skills and expertise in managing large-scale construction projects from start to finish.

Description

• Manage all aspects of OSHPD-regulated construction projects, ensuring compliance with healthcare building standards.
• Lead project teams, including subcontractors and staff, to meet project deadlines and quality expectations.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project goals are met.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and resources to maintain project efficiency.
• Ensure safety protocols and procedures are strictly followed on-site.
• Identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
• Prepare regular progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on industry standards and OSHPD regulations to ensure compliance.

Profile

A successful Sr. Superintendent - OSHPD should have:
