The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of experience managing commercial construction projects and is eager to take on a mix of projects, with a focus on renovations and smaller new construction.

Specializing in commercial construction, including sectors like medical, education, hospitality, and retail, they handle a diverse mix of both renovation and new construction projects. With a focus on projects ranging from $1M to $5M, they also take on occasional larger projects up to $10M.
Description
Assistant Superintendent - Commercial - Rhode Island - Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide project updates and address any issues.
- Track project progress and handle project scheduling, cost management, and quality control.
- Support project bidding process and collaborate with the team to secure new work.

Job Offer
Assistant Superintendent - Commercial - Rhode Island - Will receive
- Base Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications).
