Description

• Oversee all aspects of the preconstruction process
• Coordinate with project managers and other key personnel
• Develop effective strategies for project execution

• Participate in client meetings and presentations
• Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors
• Conduct project risk assessments
• Prepare and manage preconstruction budgets

Profile

A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
