Preconstruction Manager - Charlotte
We are seeking a highly driven Preconstruction Manager to join our construction team in Charlotte. The successful candidate will oversee all preconstruction projects, ensuring effective coordination, and achieving high quality outcomes.

Description
- Oversee all aspects of the preconstruction process
- Coordinate with project managers and other key personnel
- Develop effective strategies for project execution
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards
- Participate in client meetings and presentations
- Evaluate and select vendors and subcontractors
- Conduct project risk assessments
- Prepare and manage preconstruction budgets

Profile
A successful Preconstruction Manager should have:
- A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in preconstruction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software
