Construction Project Manager - Bohemia, NY (Healthcare)
A premier NYC-based general contractor is looking for a Healthcare Construction Project Manager with strong ground-up and interior healthcare experience to lead complex projects across Long Island. Description
Lead ground-up and interior healthcare construction projects from planning through completion.
Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.
Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to drive successful outcomes.
Maintain strong communication, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.
Profile
5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, including ground-up and interiors.
Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements, regulations, and infection control protocols.
Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
NYC construction experience is preferred, with familiarity in Long Island a plus.
