Construction Project Executive | Manhattan, NY
A dynamic Project Executive is needed to lead high-profile healthcare construction projects across New York City. This is a strategic leadership role ideal for someone who brings technical expertise, client-facing experience, and a proven ability to drive complex healthcare jobs from preconstruction through closeout.

A well-established general contractor with a strong presence in the healthcare construction sector. The firm is known for delivering hospital renovations, ground-up medical facilities, and critical care upgrades throughout the five boroughs. Their team operates with a high degree of professionalism, prioritizing safety, client relationships, and operational excellence.
Description
Oversee the full project lifecycle on healthcare construction projects, from proposal to completion
Serve as the primary client liaison, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded
Lead internal teams including project managers, superintendents, and support staff
Monitor financial performance, schedules, and quality across multiple projects
Collaborate with healthcare clients, architects, and engineers to ensure successful project delivery
Drive strategic planning, resource allocation, and conflict resolution at the executive level
Profile
10+ years of experience in construction management, with a strong background in healthcare projects
Demonstrated experience managing large, complex healthcare renovations or ground-up projects
Excellent client relationship and team leadership skills
Familiarity with DOH regulations, ICRA standards, and working in active hospital environments
Strong financial acumen and experience managing project budgets and forecasting
OSHA 30 required; relevant degrees and certifications preferred
