Description

• Lead ground-up and interior healthcare construction projects from planning through completion.

• Manage schedules, budgets, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution.

• Oversee site safety, quality control, and compliance with healthcare-specific regulations.

• Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and field teams to drive successful outcomes.

• Maintain strong communication, ensuring project milestones are met on time and within budget.

Profile

• 5+ years of experience managing healthcare construction projects, including ground-up and interiors.

• Strong understanding of healthcare facility requirements, regulations, and infection control protocols.

• Expertise in budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.

• NYC construction experience is preferred, with familiarity in Long Island a plus.
