Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Become a subject matter expert on our test and measurement products.
- Conduct in-depth competitive and industry research to identify trends, customer needs, and market opportunities, advocating for the customer.
- Establish product KPIs, monitor performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and end-of-life planning.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams in the U.S. and France to deliver high-quality products.
- Develop and communicate detailed product roadmaps aligned with company objectives.
- Develop application notes, white papers, and case studies to build a resource library for distributors and end users.
- Provide product expertise for user manuals, brochures, catalogs, datasheets, and other technical documents.
- Identify engaging video topics to increase product visibility and YouTube channel engagement.
- Assist in creating video scripts, ensuring technical accuracy.
- Participate in video production as an on-camera expert when appropriate.
- Participate in and conduct technical training webinars and discussions on topics including Ground Resistance Testing, Power Quality Analysis, and Insulation Resistance Testing.
- Assist with developing training objectives for diverse audiences and deliver presentations ranging from 4 to 8 hours.
- Assist with comprehensive training programs, including outlines, handouts, tests, and field exercises.
- Train the sales team on product features and competitive advantages.Develop battle cards for internal use and competitive product comparisons
- Create impactful product presentations for internal teams and distributors.
- Provide in-depth product training for authorized distributors.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations at trade shows.
- Attend trade shows to enhance expertise and training insights.

Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in product management, preferably in the test and measurement or electrical equipment industries.
- Exceptional technical writing skills with demonstrated experience creating technical content such as application notes, white papers, or similar documents.
- Knowledge of electrical testing concepts and equipment, including power quality, insulation resistance, and ground resistance testing.
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to perform market and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with experience translating technical details into customer-centric messaging.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using project management and CRM tools.
Job Offer
Benefits:
- $90,000 - $100,000 base salary
- $2,500 bonus, paid twice yearly (total $5K per annum.) based on company performance
