Description

The Assistant Project Manager - Public Construction $50M+

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, and overseeing public construction projects valued at $50M+.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
  • Review and manage project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Work closely with the construction team to address and resolve any project-related issues.
  • Support the procurement process by sourcing and managing vendor relationships.
