Michael Page US - Senior Collections Analyst
The Senior Collections Analyst will oversee and optimize the collections process, ensuring timely and accurate account resolutions. This role is key in maintaining strong client relationships and maximizing cash flow within a top global law firm.

Description
- Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely payments from clients.
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
- Collaborate with the legal department to address and resolve complex payment issues.
- Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debt.
- Maintain accurate records of collections activities and prepare regular reports for management.
- Communicate effectively with clients to maintain positive relationships while addressing payment concerns.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

A successful Senior Collections Analyst should have:
