Description

• Manage and oversee the collections process to ensure timely payments from clients.
• Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on overdue payments.
• Collaborate with the legal department to address and resolve complex payment issues.
• Analyze accounts receivable data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize cash flow and minimize outstanding debt.
• Maintain accurate records of collections activities and prepare regular reports for management.
• Communicate effectively with clients to maintain positive relationships while addressing payment concerns.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
