IT Program Manager

We are looking for an IT Program Manager with strong expertise in data governance to lead data management projects and programs (covering data acquisition, controls, quality, and remediation) in a hybrid execution environment. This individual will oversee the execution of critical initiatives throughout the entire project life cycle, from strategic planning to delivery.

Description

• Lead data management projects and programs, including data acquisition, controls, quality, and remediation, in a hybrid execution environment, ensuring alignment with business strategy and objectives.
• Structure and manage initiatives by overseeing project planning, budgeting, and resource allocation, while collaborating across multiple functions and legal entities to ensure successful end-to-end project execution.
• Oversee the full project life cycle of key initiatives, from strategic planning to delivery, including the development of target-state business processes and the creation and adoption of technology solutions.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders through status reports, maintain the program's RAID log, facilitate working group meetings, and manage indirect oversight of program resources, including third-party providers.

Profile

• 10+ years of experience managing data-driven projects and programs, with a strong preference for expertise in data management and program execution.
• Extensive knowledge and proficiency in project management methodologies, including delivery management, stakeholder engagement, regulatory change management, risk mitigation, and effective problem-solving.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead meetings, summarize key points, and provide clear direction to stakeholders and team members.
• Proven ability to adapt to varying leadership styles, prioritize tasks, and motivate teams to drive success across diverse projects and initiatives.

CANDIDATE MUST BE OK WITH GOING ONSITE INTO NYC 2-TIMES PER WEEK!
