Project Engineer
Project Engineer will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects to ensure they meet technical specifications, budgets, and deadlines. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, manage resources, and solve technical challenges to deliver successful project outcomes.

Description
Field Support & Assistance - Assist in coordinating and supporting field operations on multiple Tenant Improvement (TI) projects under supervision, helping ensure alignment with project goals.
Schedule & Budget Tracking - Help maintain project schedules and monitor costs, escalating any concerns to senior team members to support on-time, on-budget delivery.
Compliance Awareness - Learn and assist with ensuring adherence to building codes, tenant requirements, and site safety protocols specific to TI projects.
Subcontractor & Crew Coordination Support - Support communication and coordination with subcontractors, trade partners, and field crews to help maintain productivity and quality.
Quality Observation - Assist in monitoring construction activities to ensure work meets specifications, design intent, and client standards, reporting any issues promptly.
Stakeholder Communication Assistance - Help serve as a point of contact for tenants, architects, inspectors, and project managers by documenting and escalating issues as needed.
Resource Support - Aid in tracking and coordinating manpower, equipment, and materials to support efficient site operations.
Learning & Development - Engage with mentorship opportunities and support field staff while developing skills in project leadership and management.
Profile
1-2 Years of Experience in Commercial Construction - Foundational experience supporting commercial construction projects, eager to grow technical and field knowledge
Developing Leadership Skills - Beginning to support field teams and assist superintendents and foremen while building collaborative relationships with subcontractors and district stakeholders.
Supporting Project Delivery - Assisting in managing schedules, budgets, and quality under close supervision on multi-phase school projects.
Effective Communication - Building skills in clear communication and documentation with school districts, inspectors, architects, and internal teams.
Safety & Quality Awareness - Learning and contributing to a strong safety culture and understanding quality standards on site.
Adaptability & Problem-Solving - Gaining experience anticipating common challenges, such as working around active campuses, and supporting quick, practical solutions.
Job Offer
