Job Requirements of Mission Critical - Senior Traveling Superintendent:
Take the lead on-site, driving all field operations for a landmark $1B hyperscale data center buildGuide and coordinate subcontractors, site logistics, safety protocols, scheduling, and quality control from day one through project commissioning
Work side-by-side with executives, project managers, owners, and design partners to hit key milestones and exceed expectations
Promote a culture of safety by upholding company standards and ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulations
Stay ahead of challenges by proactively resolving issues and managing risks to keep construction moving swiftly and smoothly
Inspire and mentor a large team of superintendents and field staff, ensuring top-tier performance and professional growth
Bring at least 10 years of commercial construction experience, including serving as lead superintendent on a $150M+ data center or mission-critical facility
Showcase your ability to lead complex, high-value projects with confidence and precision across all field operations
Apply your deep knowledge of MEP systems, commissioning workflows, and high-performance infrastructure
