Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Weston, MA - Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the on-site construction of a large-scale luxury multifamily project, ensuring the project runs on time and within budget.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring safety standards, quality, and efficiency.
• Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, and the internal team.
• Resolve issues on-site efficiently and proactively, ensuring minimal disruptions to project flow.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring all tasks are completed to the highest quality standards, meeting the specific project requirements.

Profile

Lead Superintendent - Multifamily - Weston, MA - Will have

• Proven experience as a Lead Superintendent on multifamily projects (please include specific projects in your application).
• Experience managing large-scale luxury multifamily developments ($100M+).
