My client is seeking an experienced Contracts Analyst to support the Commercial Legal Team. The Contracts Analyst will report to Legal leadership and be a key contributor to supporting revenue generation activities by partnering effectively with our global sales team.

Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee and manage the full lifecycle of client and vendor contracts, ensuring efficient completion from initial receipt to signature.
- Risk Analysis: Review customer and vendor contracts (including MSAs, SaaS agreements, NDAs) to identify risks and areas of non-compliance with internal policies.
- Negotiation & Drafting: Negotiate contract terms, draft MSAs, amendments, and other transaction documents with minimal supervision.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including sales, legal, finance, HR, and executives, to address contract-related questions and obtain internal approvals.
- Documentation & System Management: Maintain accurate legal repositories, route contracts for e-signatures, and ensure timely execution of contracts. Keep contract management systems up to date.
- Policy Enforcement: Implement and enforce internal contract policies to streamline operations and ensure compliance.
Profile
- 4+ Years of Experience: Minimum 4 years of experience managing contracts in a SaaS or software development company, with a focus on subscription/SaaS technology contracts.
- Contract Literacy: Strong ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret contracts, understanding legal obligations and implications.
- Negotiation Skills: Proven experience negotiating contract terms and drafting legal documents with minimal oversight.
- Project Management: Highly organized with excellent time management skills; capable of handling multiple contracts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Communication: Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and with external clients and vendors.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with contract management tools and platforms, including Adobe, Jira, Salesforce, Slack, CPQ, and DocuSign.
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in business, management, pre-law, or a related field preferred.
Job Offer
- Hybrid work schedule, requiring 3 days in the Boston office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday).
- Salary range of $75,000 - $100,000, plus benefits, bonuses, and stock options. Final compensation will be based on experience and location.
