Assistant Project Manager - Ground up up to $40M

We are looking for an Assistant Project Manager specializing in ground-up construction projects up to $40M. This role requires a motivated and organized individual to oversee project delivery and ensure all aspects are on track, on time, and within budget. Description

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and managing ground-up construction projects up to $40M.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
• Monitor project budgets and ensure cost control measures are implemented effectively.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and schedules.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all project sites.
• Support the Project Manager in client meetings and communication.
• Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve potential project risks and challenges proactively.

Profile

A successful Assistant Project Manager - Ground up up to $40M should have:

• A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple aspects of projects effectively.
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
• Relevant educational background in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
