The Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare/Higher-ed will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects in the healthcare and higher education sectors. This role focuses on delivering high-quality results while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Description
- Manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction to final delivery, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure seamless communication and project execution.
- Monitor project progress and budgets, addressing any issues or delays proactively.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety standards and project specifications.
- Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, challenges, and solutions.
- Develop and maintain project schedules using industry-standard tools and techniques.
- Oversee contract negotiations and ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor project teams to achieve project success and foster professional growth.

Profile
A successful Sr. Project Manager - Healthcare/Higher-ed should have:
