Assistant Project Manager - Construction
We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the execution of commercial and healthcare construction projects in Jacksonville. This role is essential for ensuring successful planning, coordination, and delivery within budget and schedule.

Description
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects from start to finish.
- Manage documentation, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Collaborate with field teams and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and timelines.
- Support budget management and cost control processes.
Profile
- Previous experience as an APM or Project Engineer in commercial or healthcare construction.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, blueprint reading, and project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, etc.).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
