Junior Trade Support Analyst
Our client, a well-established investment bank based in Manhattan, is looking for a Junior Trade Support Analyst. This is a temp to perm role, and the successful candidate will have 0-3 years of experience with trade support and be immediately available to start a new role.
Client Details
Well-established investment bank based in Manhattan. This role is 3 days per week in office with 2 from home, and offers an individual with 0-3 years of trade support experience a chance to join a stable bank.
Description
This role will involve you to:
• Manage the access rights of external clients on the electronic trading platforms (12 platforms) and internal tools, so they can conduct transactions with the Trading desks, in the areas of Forex (currency market) & Fixed Income (bond market for Rates/Credit products), and at a global level (Europe, Asia, Americas);
• Create and deactivate user/client accounts for asset managers;
• Add and modify tiering (pricing levels offered) on products;
• Add and modify sales associates linked to clients;
• Integrate and support new platforms in the tools, as well as collaborate on the development of internal tools;
• Manage the creation and deletion of books;
• Ensure the maintenance of statistical files.
Profile
The successful candidate will have:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, etc. required
- 0 - 3 years of experience required
- Experience with trading platforms (ie. Bloomberg Terminal)
- Proven experience in managing user access and permissions on electronic trading platforms or similar systems.
- Strong understanding of client account management, including the creation and deactivation of user accounts.
- Ability to manage the creation and deletion of books and maintain statistical files accurately.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external clients.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Nice to have but not required: Familiarity with Forex and Fixed Income markets, including Rates and Credit products.
