Description

• Supervise and coordinate nightly production activities to ensure efficiency and adherence to schedules.
• Monitor team performance, providing guidance and training to ensure consistent quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Collaborate with maintenance teams to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
• Track and report key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Maintain accurate records of production data, inventory, and staff schedules.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve production goals.
• Foster a positive work environment and motivate team members for peak performance.

Profile

• 3+ years of production or manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience working in cold storage, refrigerated, and protein environments.
• Strong leadership presence: decisive, hands-on, self-sufficient, and able to run the plant independently when leadership is off-site.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
• Proficiency with manufacturing software/ERP systems (experience with AFS is a plus).
• Ability to thrive in a lean, high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading 50+ employees in a labor-intensive facility.
