Description
- Plan, schedule, and oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project budgets and timelines, addressing potential risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, change orders, and procurement processes.
- Foster strong relationships with all project participants.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions.
Profile
A successful Project Manager should have:
- 3+ years managing commercial construction with General Contractor
- A strong understanding of construction project management principles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Job Offer
- Competitive base salary ranging from $97,500 - 127,000 USD.
