Project Manager - Custom Luxury Home
A well-known general contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of custom luxury homes ranging from $5M to $15M. This is an excellent opportunity to work on architecturally stunning residences in some of the region's most exclusive neighborhoods

This GC is a highly regarded luxury residential builder with deep roots in South Florida. Known for delivering top-tier custom homes, they collaborate with elite architects, designers, and craftspeople to build one-of-a-kind estates defined by quality, sophistication, and timeless design
Description
5+ years of experience managing ground-up custom homes valued at $5M+
Strong knowledge of luxury construction techniques, materials, and interior/exterior finishes
Exceptional communication and project leadership skills
Experience working in South Florida's residential market preferred
Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct)
Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction
Profile
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with ground-up project experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in reading blueprints, calculating site maps, and implementing home automation systems.
- Experience working with luxury homebuilders such as Frankel Homes, JH Norman, or Coastal is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects.
- Proficiency in project management software like Fieldwire and Buildertrend.
