Project Manager - Custom Luxury Home

A well-known general contractor in South Florida is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of custom luxury homes ranging from $5M to $15M. This is an excellent opportunity to work on architecturally stunning residences in some of the region's most exclusive neighborhoods

This GC is a highly regarded luxury residential builder with deep roots in South Florida. Known for delivering top-tier custom homes, they collaborate with elite architects, designers, and craftspeople to build one-of-a-kind estates defined by quality, sophistication, and timeless design

Description

• 5+ years of experience managing ground-up custom homes valued at $5M+

• Strong knowledge of luxury construction techniques, materials, and interior/exterior finishes

• Exceptional communication and project leadership skills

• Experience working in South Florida's residential market preferred

• Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, CoConstruct)

• Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to client satisfaction

Profile

• At least 5 years of experience in luxury residential construction, with ground-up project experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field.
• Strong expertise in reading blueprints, calculating site maps, and implementing home automation systems.
• Experience working with luxury homebuilders such as Frankel Homes, JH Norman, or Coastal is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of managing complex, high-value projects.
• Proficiency in project management software like Fieldwire and Buildertrend.
