Multifamily Superintendent - Miami

We are seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects in Miami, Florida. This role involves ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Description

• Manage day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure all work is performed in compliance with local building codes and regulations.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections and manage punch lists to ensure all issues are addressed promptly.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, providing updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in multifamily residential construction. They should possess strong leadership and organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex projects. A deep understanding of construction processes, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality are essential. Familiarity with Miami's building codes and regulations is highly desirable.
