Its divisions span across construction, real estate development, equipment leasing, and utility management. The firm serves clients across Massachusetts, New Hampshire, and Connecticut, with a market focus on energy, water, wastewater, commercial (offices and labs), industrial, and institutional sectors. Their business is guided by four core principles: Safety, People, Profitability, and New Business Generation.They are actively seeking a Project Executive within their Mechanical Division that can make an immediate impact.

Description

The Project Executive - Mechanical will be responsible:

• Help lead a team to complete large, complex water/wastewater treatment facilities - $25M+
• Serve as primary client contact
• Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including design and engineering teams.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with all parties involved in the project.
• Manage risk by identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies.
• Help create a strong culture - hardworking, honest and continuous improvement

Profile

The Project Executive - Mechanical should have:

• 10+ years of construction management experience from preconstruction to close out
• Water/wastewater + infrastructure project experience ($15M+)
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience leading a team of 5+
• Strong knowledge of treatment processes, mechanical systems and permitting.
• Excellent communication systems - written and verbal
