Construction Project Manager - Stamford, Connecticut
This Project Manager role offers the chance to lead commercial construction projects from the ground up. You'll be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Description
- Manage and oversee all phases of commercial construction projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Provide regular project updates and problem-solve to mitigate risks and ensure success.
Profile
- Strong background in commercial construction project management, particularly in ground-up builds.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet deadlines effectively.
- Knowledgeable in project scheduling, budgeting, and construction regulations.
