Assistant Project Manager- Multifamily
Our client is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of large-scale multifamily apartment projects in the Miami market. This role is ideal for a construction professional looking to grow their career with a General Contractor specializing exclusively in multifamily developments.

The client is a well-established General Contractor with a strong presence throughout South Florida, focusing on ground-up and podium-style apartment communities. They are known for delivering high-quality multifamily projects, fostering long-term relationships with developers, and providing a structured environment for career advancement.
Description
Assist the Project Manager with planning, scheduling, and execution of multifamily apartment projects
Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met
Support contract administration, change orders, RFIs, and submittals
Track project costs, budgets, and schedules to ensure financial and timeline compliance
Participate in project meetings and maintain clear communication with field teams
Ensure work complies with contract documents, safety standards, and quality expectations
Profile
2-5+ years of experience working with a General Contractor on multifamily apartment projects
Strong understanding of construction processes, sequencing, and documentation
Experience supporting ground-up or large-scale apartment developments preferred
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
