Founded in the early 1970s, they have successfully developed, acquired, and managed over 31.2 million square feet of commercial real estate, encompassing office, multifamily, retail, and hotel spaces. With a team of 120 professionals, they offer a broad range of services including Design & Construction Management, Development, Investments, Leasing, Property Management, Technology Services, Finance, and Asset Management.
Description
My client is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a prestigious property. The selected individual will serve as the main point of contact for this high-profile client and will be responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards. This is a full-time, on-site role, with potential for occasional remote work based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison, ensuring exceptional communication and service
- Oversee daily operations and maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure property excellence
- Prepare budgets, financial reports, and variance analyses
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and company policies
- Respond promptly to tenant needs and concerns
Profile
- Bachelor's Degree from a four-year university
- 5-7 years of experience in commercial property management, specifically within commercial office spaces
- Designations such as Real Property Administrator (RPA), Certified Property Manager (CPM), LEED AP, or LEED Green Associate are preferred
- Exceptional communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Experience working with high-expectation clients and ownership on-site
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
