Description

• Lead large-scale commercial and healthcare construction projects in NYC and Westchester

• Manage project teams including PMs, Supers, and support staff to ensure excellence in delivery

• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal leadership

• Support business development efforts and evaluate project pursuits and partnerships

• Partner with executive leadership to shape and grow the NYC region strategically

• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, schedule adherence, and profitability

Profile

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with strong healthcare or institutional project background

• Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects in the NYC construction market

• Strong leadership skills with a passion for mentoring and growing teams

• Entrepreneurial mindset and interest in long-term leadership or company growth roles

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
