Description

Sales Responsibilities:

  • build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients
  • Implement relevant information into
  • Proactively reach out on existing bids with contractors to win jobs/contracts
  • Quotations
  • Take consultative approaches to providing product selections to customers/prospects



Estimating Responsibilities:

  • Review specifications for projects, blueprints, HVAC system requirements for accurate quotes/estimates
  • Be able to provide recommendations given a specific budget
  • Develop and maintain product knowledge and product pricing for up to date conversations

Profile

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. 1-3 years of sales or estimating experience, preferably in HVAC, air filtration, or a related industry.
  3. Strong technical aptitude with the ability to read blueprints and understand HVAC system requirements.
  4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  6. Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
