Facilities and Office Manager
This role is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities and Office Manager to oversee the daily operations and maintenance of their office space. This hybrid role blends property management with office administration, ensuring both the physical space and workplace experience run smoothly. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with strong vendor management skills and a service-first mindset.

Description
- Oversee daily facilities maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, and general upkeep
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs, upgrades, and after-hours work
- Conduct inspections to ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Manage facility budgets and vendor contracts
- Act as first point of contact for visitors, manage phone inquiries, and oversee building security protocols
- Order office and pantry supplies and manage daily lunch coordination
- Maintain seating charts and collaborate with IT on equipment and tech needs
- Ensure office cleanliness during the day and manage evening cleaning vendors
- Handle conference room scheduling, AV needs, and catering setup
Profile
- Prior experience in facilities and office management
- Familiarity with building systems and compliance regulations, especially in a coastal environment like Palm Beach
- Strong multitasking, organizational, and vendor management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal abilities
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and resolve issues quickly
