Description

• Lead daily production operations and shop floor execution across multiple shifts
• Drive on-time delivery, throughput, labor efficiency, and schedule adherence
• Manage and improve key KPIs including output, scrap/rework, efficiency, and labor utilization
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, 5S, OEE)
• Partner with engineering, quality, supply chain, and maintenance to optimize performance
• Develop supervisors and strengthen accountability across production teams
• Improve workflow, material flow, and overall operational performance

Profile

• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven leadership in production, plant, or manufacturing operations in multi-shift environments
• Hands-on experience with CNC machining, metal fabrication, welding, or precision manufacturing
• Experience leading supervisors and large production teams (50+ employees preferred)
• Strong background in Lean Manufacturing and KPI-driven operations
• Experience with production planning, scheduling, and ERP/MRP systems
• Aerospace, defense, or high-mix/low-volume manufacturing experience preferred
