Construction Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator for a General Contractor in Harrisburg, PA, responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for construction projects. This role involves analyzing project plans, collaborating with vendors and subcontractors, and ensuring competitive and precise bidding.

Our client is a well-established General Contractor in the Harrisburg area, specializing in commercial and residential construction projects. They are known for their commitment to quality, efficiency, and long-term client relationships.
Description
- Prepare detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints, specifications, and project requirements.
- Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to gather pricing and ensure accurate bids.
- Develop project budgets and timelines, ensuring feasibility and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or compliance.
- Assist in bid preparation, contract negotiations, and project planning.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of estimating experience in the construction industry, preferably with a General Contractor. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in estimating software are essential. A degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred.
