Description

• Manage luxury custom home projects from pre-construction through turnover
• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, inspections, and quality control
• Lead field coordination and maintain premium standards consistent with Palm Beach/Jupiter luxury markets
• Work closely with owners, architects, and design teams to ensure aligned expectations
• Operate independently as the primary PM on assigned projects

Profile

• 5+ years managing luxury custom homes in Palm Beach County/Jupiter/Palm Beach Island
• Proven ability to run projects independently without hand-holding
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills
• Experience with both ground‑up and renovation environments

Job Offer

• Base salary: $120,000 and $150,000 yearly
